Abstract:
Bronchogenic cysts result from
congenital disorders, often asymptomatic at
diagnosis, but complications are not
uncommon. We report the case of a 7-year-
old boy with bronchogenic cyst causing
secondary broncheictasis of the left lower
lobe which was managed successfully by left
lower lobectomy and total excision of the
bronchogenic cyst. This is one of the rare
presentations of bronchogenic cyst.
